• 2 ribeye steaks
• 2 sirloin steaks
• 2 rump steaks
• 2 fillet steaks

Roasting Joints & Slow-Cook Cuts (7–8 kg total)

• 2 large roasting joints
• 1 rolled brisket
• 1 shin of beef

Everyday Cuts (8–10 kg total)

• 4 kg beef mince
• 2–3 kg diced beef
• 8 x 4oz steak burgers

Bones & Extras (2 kg total)

• Marrow & stock bones
