Please Be aware this is a deposit as we are pre-selling this animal, the full price is £160 for this box and we will send a follow up invoice for £110 before it is sent out. Were hoping to have this to you in early April.

Beef Box approximately 7kg

Premium Steaks (1 kg total)

• 2 Ribeye steaks
• 1 Sirloin steak

Roasting Cuts & Slow-Cook Portions (1.5 kg total)

• 1 small Topside/Silverside roast
• 1 portion of brisket or shin

Everyday Cuts (3.5 kg total)

• A mix of versatile cuts – for example, about 2 kg of mince combined with 1.5 kg of diced beef or burger patties

Bones & Extras (1 kg total)

• Stock/marrow bones (1 kg) for making rich broths
