Please Be aware this is a deposit as we are pre-selling this animal, the full price is £230 for this box and we will send a follow up invoice for £160 before it is sent out. Were hoping to have this to you in early April.

Approximately 10kg Large Beef Box

Premium Steaks (1.5 kg total)

• 2 x Ribeye steaks
• 1 x Sirloin steak

Roasting Cuts & Slow-Cook Portions (2.5 kg total)

• 1 x Roasting joint (e.g. topside or silverside)
• 1 x Brisket or Shin portion

Everyday Cuts (5 kg total)

• 2–3 kg of versatile beef mince
• 1–2 kg of diced beef (great for stews and curries)
• 8 x 4oz Burgers
• Minute steaks

Bones & Extras (1 kg total)

• 1 kg of stock/marrow bones (ideal for making rich broths)
