At Applecross Farm, we’re building something special—a true Field to Table experience, where high-welfare meat, fresh produce, and handmade goods go straight from our farm to your table. Our Vision
We are creating a farm-to-fork food system, where customers know exactly where their food comes from and how it was produced. Our goal is to offer premium, ethically raised meats, organic fruit and vegetables, and handcrafted products—all grown, reared, and made on our farm or sourced from small-scale British farmers who share our values.
We want to bring people closer to their food, giving them the chance to enjoy high-quality, nutrient-rich produce that supports sustainable farming and keeps traditional methods alive. Through our subscription service, farm shop, and direct sales, we’re cutting out the middleman to ensure farmers get fair prices and customers get traceable, honest food.
